These terms apply to your use of the Techlonix website at techlonix.com. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website; the services we provide to clients are governed separately (see the next section).

Information on this website about our services is for general information and is not an offer capable of acceptance. We provide services under a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, schedule and fees. If that document conflicts with these terms, the proposal or agreement prevails for the services it covers.

A quote or proposal is valid only for the period stated in it. Our approach to refunds and cancellations is described in the Refund & Return Policy.

• introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the site’s operation;
• send spam or misleading, false or abusive content through the contact form; or
• use the website in a way that breaks any applicable law.

Search engines and similar services may crawl the site as described in our robots.txt file.

The website’s content, design, text, graphics, logos and code are owned by Techlonix or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site and print or share pages for personal or internal business reference. You may quote short extracts of our articles with clear credit and a link back to the source.

Ownership of work we create for you is set by your project agreement, not by these terms. You may not otherwise copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.

Information you submit through the contact form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information. Sending an enquiry does not by itself create a confidential relationship or a contract; if you need confidentiality before sharing details, tell us and we will agree it first.

Articles and other content on this site are general guidance. They are not legal, financial, security or other professional advice, and you should not rely on them as a substitute for advice on your own circumstances. We try to keep content accurate and current but cannot promise it is always complete or free of errors.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Techlonix is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
